When he was 15, he scored the winning goal in the soccer finals. More notably of late, at the Apollo Awards 2015 spanning all of Asia-Pacific, he won best direction for his commercial for SG50 "You're the Boy". He also directed Starhub's "4G4Good" commercial whose campaign picked up Asia's only Gold Lion at Festival de Cannes 2015 in the promo and activation category. Recently, his work for Singtel has garnered a silver at the One Show, an award each for Guinness and Singapore Tourism Board at the regional SPIKES awards. And lastly, not forgetting, director of the year at the Creative Circle Awards. Ros would gladly admit that his awards are perhaps shadowed by the unforgettable experiences of the people who work with him.
