Serendipity is a curious thing. We typed in "production" but autocorrect gave us "prosecution".

The Prosecution Film Company was born.

Founded by a director and producer duo, Ros and Aundrea challenge each other to push the boundaries of their work by creatively collaborating traditional filmmaking and innovative production techniques. The Prosecution’s work stands up to the scrutiny by the jury of our peers. 

The Prosecution is fast becoming one of the leading production houses in the South East Asian region. Apart from the bulk of our work being shot in Singapore, we have also worked on projects that have taken us to Russia, Amsterdam, USA, Taiwan, China, Papua and many more, for stunning work produced. With trusted partners from around the globe, we continue to build on relationships and resources to better our work. 

 Albeit a young company, The Prosecution hit the ground running and nabbed awards within its first 6 months at the region’s Creative Circle Awards. We went on to win even more awards the following year, and are now well sought after by clients for our meticulous work, professionalism and increasing quality that is delivered time after time. We have produced numerous commercials for large brands such as the Singapore Tourism Board, Singapore Airlines, Singtel, Tiger Beer, Heineken, Guinness, Porsche and many more.

In our laws of filmmaking, we believe that mediocrity is illegal.
